Jasmine Sambac & Tuberose is a rich floral oil perfume built around dual jasmine essences, orris butter, and oakmoss. It opens with bergamot, lime, and lavender, revealing a heart of violet leaf, jasmine sambac, and black currant, before settling into a warm, creamy base of sandalwood, oakmoss, and vanilla bean — carried in organic jojoba oil.
Handcrafted in Canada by perfumer Matthew Meleg, this oil perfume is made in small batches using 100% natural materials, including jasmine sambac, orris butter, and oakmoss absolute. Each bottle is blended, aged, and finished with the care of an artisan perfume house.

I managed my families "Meleg's Orchard," in a small south Ontario town until I was 25. The orchard started with Sam Meleg, a Slovak from the Provence of Vojvodina, former Kingdom of Serbia of the Austro Hungarian Empire. My work ethic, self deprecating humour and stubborn nature is reflective of my Slovak, peasant roots.
Here my cousins are laying crops into the "apple bin." My wooden perfume box is meant to represent apple bins. Be they rose, vetiver or jasmine farmers. Be they from India, Mexico, Canada or Iran - Meleg Perfumes celebrates farmers and artisans of all nations.
